Hi, it's Nice to Meet You!
Liz Allard

I started my career as a counselor and lawyer, helping people understand their rights and navigate the legal system. From the start, I found purpose in walking alongside others during uncertain and often overwhelming times.
That same passion led me into education, where I served as a teacher and later as a school administrator. I supported students, families, and fellow educators through big decisions and tough transitions—always with a focus on clarity, compassion, and care.
Later, as an education consultant and executive coach, I worked with leaders to build stronger systems and more confident teams. Through every chapter of my career, one thing has stayed constant: I’m at my best when I’m helping people feel supported, empowered, and ready to take their next step.
That’s why I created Case Ready Coaching—to bring together everything I’ve learned in law, education, and leadership to help people facing legal challenges feel more confident, more informed, and more in control. Whether you're trying to understand your rights, get organized for court, or just need someone to talk things through with, I'm here for you.
I’m also proud to be from Puerto Rico and fluent in Spanish. Para quienes prefieren comunicarse en español, estoy encantada de ofrecer apoyo en el idioma que les resulte más cómodo. You're not alone in this—I’m here to help you feel truly Case Ready.
